Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship internationally or to PO boxes.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1-3 business days. Standard ground delivery takes 3–5 business days after that. Weekend and holiday orders start processing the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $80 or more to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. For smaller orders, and for Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, shipping options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.

Energy drinks aren't recommended for children, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
Can I return my order?
Because these are consumable products, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges, including unopened items. See our Refund Policy.
My order arrived damaged, leaking, lost or wrong. What now?
Damaged or leaking items: email support@buzzedmarket.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box, the products and the shipping label. We'll replace or refund the affected items on every order, whether or not you added shipping protection.
Wrong or missing items: if we made a packing mistake, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. Packing errors are covered on every order.
Lost or stolen packages: these are covered when shipping protection was added at checkout. Email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and a short description. Approved claims receive a replacement or refund.
Please keep the products and packaging until we've reviewed your claim. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us right away. We'll do our best before your order is processed, but once it ships we can't change it.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed to you once your label is created. It can take a little while to show movement.
